Does Lincoln need to be the property manager for projects that Trigild handles?
No. Trigild will work with any institutional property manager. The team will evaluate the current property manager and potentially recommend a change.
Who will be responsible for the project?
Trigild will assign a senior asset manager to each project who will be the single point of contact. The asset manager will communicate with the local team as needed, and be responsible for all reporting and communications with the client.
What is the cost of asset management services?
Trigild will determine a monthly cost for each assignment based on the personnel required to ensure the execution of the business plan. The agreement will often include incentive fees tied to the success of the business plan.
