Alexander Shablygin
Asset Manager
Alexander Shablygin is an Asset Manager at Trigild, where he oversees multifamily properties across all five boroughs of New York City.
Prior to joining Trigild Inc. in 2025, he worked at Pine Management Inc., handling property management, and asset management for 17 buildings across the Upper West Side and Brooklyn. He began his career at State Street Global Advisors in 2018 as a product development analyst on the Pension team.
He earned a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley University in 2018 and completed an M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment at New York University in 2025.
Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, rock climbing, and hiking.
