Ava Stapp
Manager of Receivership Services and Marketing
Ava Stapp serves as Manager of Receivership Services and Marketing and has been an integral member of the Trigild team for four years. In this role, she supports the operations and receivership teams through client relationship management, business development initiatives, proposal coordination, and property transitions.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Ava oversees Trigild’s internal and external marketing efforts and plays a key role in the planning and execution of the firm’s annual Lender Conference. She manages attendee engagement, sponsorship coordination, and event logistics to ensure a successful event. Known for her efficiency and attention to detail, Ava is a valued contributor to the organization’s continued success.
Ava earned a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Kansas School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
