Brad Kyles
Vice President
Brad Kyles joined Trigild in January 2025 as an Asset Manager with a primary focus on multifamily assets. Brad has over 30 years of real estate operations experience including asset management, acquisitions, new construction, affordable housing, and dispositions.
Prior to joining Trigild, Brad was Executive Vice President of Pillar Income Asset Management. His responsibilities included asset management, property management, and the operating performance of a portfolio consisting of over 100 apartment communities, with over 19,000 units, located in 16 states. Prior to joining Pillar Income, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at JPI Partners LLC where he had management responsibility for a portfolio of student living apartment communities in eight states. This included oversight responsibility for construction, lease-up and management of these properties.
Prior to joining JPI, Brad was Vice President of Basic Capital Management, Inc., where he had direct responsibility for managing more than $500 million in assets in a multi-state portfolio, consisting of 46 apartment communities with more than 10,000 units.
Brad received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Economics from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
