Carrie Lassiter serves as a consultant in our Hospitality Division and is the founding principal of Eastridge Hospitality, a boutique asset management and advisory firm serving owners of hotels across North America.
In her career, Carrie has led asset management efforts of nearly $7 billion of real estate across all hotel categories. From select service to large convention hotels and iconic luxury resorts, Carrie has consistently increased value through a results-driven and immersive asset management approach that has created hundreds of millions of dollars in value for investors. She has proudly served owners and developers of independent hotels and luxury resorts throughout North America such as Rosewood, 1 Hotels & Homes, Luxury Collection, Signia by Hilton and the Provenance collection of hotels. In addition to value created from asset management initiatives, Eastridge Hospitality has created additional value for owners through strategic brand selection, programming optimization studies, and negotiations of favorable brand and operating contracts for luxury resort developments.
Previously, Carrie was Vice President of Asset Management for Hilton Worldwide where she was responsible for a $5 billion real estate portfolio, which included more than 15,600 guest rooms in markets such as Hawaii, San Francisco, Seattle and New Orleans among many others. Carrie created $175 million in enterprise value in under 4 years, established an additional $300 million in value through future projects, and created and administered capital reinvestment plans of $100 million annually.
Carrie joined RLJ Lodging Trust (then, RLJ Development) in 2007 during a time of rapid growth and was quickly entrusted with some of the highest valued real estate in the company’s portfolio resulting in nearly $1 billion under her purview. She worked diligently and closely with third party management companies to consistently grow market share and improve profit margins, including during the recession of 2008, in markets such as New York, Los Angeles, Denver, Austin, Houston and Dallas among others.
Prior to her real estate and asset management experience, Carrie was an award-winning hotel operator during which she earned several awards including Highest Profitability and Highest Associate Satisfaction, Most Improved RevPAR and Most Improved Guest Satisfaction within branded hotels across various markets.
