Asset Manager
Dan Penaro brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in asset management, investment analysis, receiverships, distressed assets, redevelopment, and operational oversight. As Senior Asset Manager at Trigild, Dan oversees complex real estate assignments throughout the Northeast, including receiverships, special servicing engagements, and value-add assets. He is responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing capital projects, enhancing property operations, and maximizing value for lenders, owners, and stakeholders. Previously, Dan served as Asset Manager at BEB Capital, where he was responsible for overseeing a diverse industrial and commercial real estate portfolio. In this role, he led leasing initiatives, capital improvement programs, redevelopment projects, and financial analysis efforts designed to drive asset performance and long-term value creation. Prior to BEB Capital, Dan held asset management and investment positions at L&L Holding Company, where he helped manage institutional-quality office assets and major redevelopment projects throughout New York City. Earlier in his career, Dan worked at JPMorgan Chase and KPMG, developing expertise in financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, risk management, and strategic advisory services. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham University and an MBA from Molloy University
