Eric Taylor brings more than 40 years of residential real estate and operator experience and leads the single-family receivership vertical for Trigild.
Eric specializes in distressed, high-risk portfolios negatively impacted by condition, location, litigation, or regulatory restrictions. He is frequently engaged as an expert in alternative consumer financing relating to land contracts/CFDs, lease-to-own agreements, and seller-held mortgages. He also is a recognized bankruptcy liquidation agent.
Prior to joining Trigild, Eric held a variety of ownership, consultancy, and leadership roles with numerous best-in-class organizations across the real estate and insurance segments.
Eric is a former licensed real estate appraiser and is presently a licensed Managing Real Estate Broker in the State of South Carolina.
