Jennifer is an Asset Manager at Trigild with more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been serving Trigild since 2012. Her expertise spans all property types, with a primary focus on physically and financially distressed multifamily assets.
Throughout her career, she has completed hundreds of management, REO, and receivership assignments, building extensive experience across stabilization, repositioning, and resolution strategies for complex assets.
She brings a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach to asset management and works closely with clients, attorneys, and lending partners to preserve value and execute effective outcomes in challenging environments.
