Jon Lakner
Senior Vice President
Jon Lakner brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Jon works with IVL Group as National Director of Property Management for Receiverships and REO properties.
Previously, Jon worked at Onyx Management Group from 2013 to 2017, where he served as Regional Property Manager for the Southeast Region before becoming National Director for Management and Receivership Properties. While at Onyx Equities, Jon oversaw the management and disposition of more than 20 million square feet.
Prior to Onyx, Jon worked at Cassidy Turley managing receivership properties and at Beco Management. During this time, Jon earned his RPA and CPM designations.
Jon graduated from Salisbury State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and served in the Army National Guard as an Air Traffic Controller.
