Jon Lakner
Senior Vice President
Jon Lakner serves as Senior Vice President at Trigild, bringing more than 25 years of commercial real estate, receivership, and leadership experience. In his role, Jon oversees complex real estate assignments and works closely with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to maximize asset performance and value across diverse property types.
Prior to joining Trigild, Jon served as National Director of Property Management for IVL Group, where he oversaw receivership and REO assets across a nationwide portfolio. Before IVL, he was with Onyx Management Group, serving first as Regional Property Manager for the Southeast Region and later as National Director of Management and Receivership Properties.
In that leadership capacity, he directed the management and disposition of a portfolio exceeding 20 million square feet, demonstrating broad expertise in complex real estate operations and asset performance.
Before joining Onyx, Jon worked in the Mid-Atlantic region, managing receivership properties while earning his RPA and CPM designations. Jon earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Salisbury State University while serving in the Army National Guard as an Air Traffic Controller.
