Judson Luther
Asset Manager
Judson Luther joined Trigild in May 2024 as an Asset Manager, bringing more than 10 years of experience in utility finance, accounting, asset management, and facilities advisory services.
Prior to joining Trigild, he served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Georgia Power, where he managed a $375 million operating budget supporting the company’s generation fleet and collaborated with Public Service Commissioners on regulatory filings related to resource planning and environmental compliance cost recovery. He also led capital leasehold improvement projects and conducted depreciation analyses across corporate and regional facilities.
Since joining Trigild, Judson has managed diverse office, multifamily, hospitality, and retail portfolios, contributing to the successful disposition of more than $500 million in commercial real estate assets.
Judson earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business and an MBA with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate and Finance from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
