Lawrence Smoler brings more than 38 years of real estate experience, specializing in investment, finance, acquisitions, development, and asset management. Lawrence has led business units with full P&L responsibility, driving best-in-class practices and above-benchmark returns. As Vice President of Receivership and Asset Management at Trigild, Lawrence oversees complex property operations throughout the Northeast.
Previously, Lawrence served as Senior Sales Executive at Ten-X, where he grew New York City market share and facilitated more than $1 billion in auction sales. He also founded Two Bridges Capital Partners, focusing on investment initiatives and capital raising, and secured more than $100 million in project capital.
Lawrence held leadership roles at Torchlight and MetLife, where he managed significant asset portfolios, produced $33 million in revenue, and helped secure $1.5 billion in equity commitments. He is a licensed New York real estate broker and served as an adjunct professor at Fordham University. Lawrence holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from NYU.
