Marc Occhiuti
Senior Vice President - Hospitality
Marc Occhiuti joined Trigild in May 2024 as Vice President for Hospitality Receiverships and Asset Management Services, bringing 20 years of hotel acquisition, asset management, and advisory experience across private equity real estate funds, CMBS special servicers, and hospitality brands.
Most recently, Marc served as a consultant and advisor to institutional investors on acquisitions, asset management, workouts, and special projects adjacent to commercial real estate.
Prior to his advisory work, Marc was Vice President of Asset Management at Fortress Investment Group, joining from Mount Kellett Capital Management via merger. In these roles, Marc collectively asset managed $2 billion in hospitality debt and equity positions across the U.S. and Europe.
Marc also served as a REO Hotel Asset Manager at C-III Asset Management and held loan acquisition and commercial default roles at Beal Bank during the GFC. Earlier in his career, Marc held franchise and management sales roles at Omni Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts and began his career at American Airlines headquarters in revenue management and capital programs.
Marc earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University.
