Mark Pulliam
Asset Manager
Mark Pulliam joined Trigild in August 2025 as an Asset Manager, with an emphasis on receiverships with multifamily assets.
Mark has over 30 years of broad-based real estate experience in all classes of commercial and residential property, including acquisitions, property entitlements, land development, construction, lending, workouts, asset and loan portfolio management, and dispositions.
Prior to joining Trigild, Mark managed a $1 Billion portfolio of new construction loans at Centennial Bank. Previously, he was a portfolio manager at Beal Bank, with extensive commercial lending, loan acquisition, defaulted loan workout, property management and complex litigation experience. Mark was also a development partner at several Dallas based real estate development companies.
Mark holds a BBA degree from Baylor University and an MBA degree from The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas.
