Mike Bernstein
Managing Director
Michael Bernstein is a Managing Director with Trigild and leads the Lender Advisory and Asset Management team. In his role, Mike oversees lender advisory services, working with commercial property lenders to develop strategies for reclaimed real estate assets and nonperforming loans.
Michael’s experience investing in commercial real estate, both as an operator and a joint venture partner, spans three decades. He maintains a national network of fund managers, brokers, lenders, operators and special servicers that generates both debt and equity opportunities throughout the capital stack.
He previously held positions with The Seyon Group, Artemis Real Estate Partners, Brickman, Hines and Arthur Andersen from which he developed an expertise in leasing, asset management, structuring joint ventures and modifying debt.
