Nelson brings over 15 years of hands-on hotel operations experience across upscale and luxury brands, including Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in India and Marriott International on the U.S. East Coast, with a track record of driving revenue growth, GOP performance, and guest satisfaction.
At Trigild, Nelson serves on the Hospitality Asset Management team, where he helps oversee distressed hotel assets through operational restructuring, performance stabilization, and positioning properties for disposition.
Prior to joining Trigild, he worked with a Dallas-based private equity firm focused on value-add hospitality investments and portfolio-level asset management.
Nelson holds a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University, with a minor in Real Estate Finance.
