Nicole Lewis
Director - Legal Services
Nicole Lewis is a results-driven real estate professional with more than 15 years of receivership, property management, operations, and legal services experience.
Prior to joining Trigild IVL, Nicole served as Operations Manager for a development firm located in Dallas, Texas, where she oversaw the corporate operations across construction, management, legal, and accounting processes. Earlier in her career, Nicole served as Vice President at Stream Realty and began her real estate career in receivership as a Regional Property Manager across the Eastern US.
Nicole joined Trigild IVL in August 2024 as a Receivership Associate and was promoted to Director of Legal Services in January 2026.
Nicole attended the University of Missouri–Kansas City, where she studied Business.
She resides in Florida and enjoys spending her free time in the gym and at the beach.
