Patrick Connell joined Trigild in April 2026 as Senior Vice President for Client Solutions and brings 35 years of Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Distressed Loan Resolution experience with senior roles in institutional asset management, private equity, CMBS, and full-service real estate.
Patrick was most recently a Global Account Executive at CBRE with advisory and account management responsibilities for the firm’s largest investor clients spanning Institutional, PE, and Life Co’s across all service lines of the real estate company. With the onset of Covid, Patrick also became the Executive Sponsor for CBRE’s Distressed Asset Practice in the US maintaining relationships with Banks, Servicers, and Debt Funds.
Prior to this advisory work, Patrick was in special servicing during the financial crisis overseeing Office REO for CWCapital.
Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science and Business Administration from Long Beach State University in California.
