Ryan Baltimore
Vice President
Ryan Baltimore brings more than 13 years of real estate experience, including roughly five in executive leadership, spanning deal structuring and acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets. Over his career he has asset-managed more than $6.5 billion in aggregate portfolio value across office, multifamily, and hospitality portfolios nationwide, and has implemented AI-driven and operational-efficiency solutions to sharpen portfolio performance, reporting, and decision-making. Most recently he was Senior Vice President on the Revetas Capital USA team, a global real estate special-situations firm, supporting the build-out of its U.S. platform, deepening his repositioning and distressed-asset expertise directly relevant to Trigild’s mandate.
Earlier he was a Director at Bain Capital Real Estate and, before that, spent more than a decade at a large publicly traded multifamily REIT, rising to Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw acquisitions, development, asset management, capital markets, and investor relations. Across those roles he raised and structured more than $1.5 billion in financing for multifamily portfolios across the Southeast and Sun Belt. That public-company operating background, spanning the full capital stack and the investor-facing side, complements Trigild’s lender, servicer, and securitized-investor client base. Ryan holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
