Our Team

Ryan Nelson

Vice President

Ryan Nelson brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate and investment advisory experience. Ryan has built a strong track record through his commitment to client needs and his understanding of market and investment fundamentals.

Prior to joining Trigild, Ryan held leadership roles with Farbman Group and served as President of FORESITE Realty, a Midwest distressed real estate firm providing receivership, management, and investment advisory services. Earlier in his career, Ryan served as a commercial real estate lender with Santander/Sovereign Bank and advised institutional clients at MB Real Estate and two prominent Big Four consulting firms.

In a consulting capacity, Ryan has developed distressed asset optimization strategies using accelerated marketing and auction methods to reduce time on market and maximize pricing on behalf of national financial institutions and property owners.

Ryan graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Hospitality Business and Finance and is a licensed Managing Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.
