Sara Tomlinson
Vice President, Asset Management
Sara Tomlinson is a seasoned asset management professional with over a decade of experience driving performance and value across diverse real estate portfolios. She has a proven track record of enhancing asset returns through strategic planning, rigorous financial analysis, and a data-driven approach.
As Vice President of Asset Management, Sara oversees a nationwide Receivership portfolio spanning multiple asset classes. She leads the development and execution of comprehensive business plans focused on optimizing occupancy, increasing rental income, and maximizing overall asset value.
Sara began her career with Trigild in 2011, working in San Diego before relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2015 to manage the East Coast portfolio. In 2018, she moved to Washington, D.C., where she served as a Senior Asset Management Associate at Kettler, specializing in Class A multifamily assets.
She returned to Trigild in 2024, where she continues to focus on delivering superior financial performance across the firm’s Receivership portfolio.
Sara holds a Master’s degree in Finance from San Diego State University. In her free time, she enjoys tennis and competes in both singles and doubles leagues.
