Sara Tomlinson
Vice President, Asset Management
Sara Tomlinson is a seasoned asset management professional with 12 years of experience maximizing the value and performance of real estate portfolios. Throughout her career, Sara has increased asset returns through strategic planning, financial analysis, and a data-driven approach.
As Vice President of Asset Management, Sara oversees a receivership portfolio across all asset types and develops comprehensive business plans to optimize occupancy, rental income, and overall asset value.
Sara began her career with Trigild in 2011 in San Diego and relocated to Charlotte, NC, in 2015 to oversee the East Coast portfolio. In 2018, Sara moved to Washington, D.C., and joined Kettler as Senior Asset Management Associate for its Class A multifamily portfolio before returning to Trigild in 2024.
Sara holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from San Diego State University.
