Stella Khachatryan
Asset Manager
Stella Khachatryan serves as an Asset Manager within Trigild’s Receivership Services division, bringing more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate and asset management. Throughout her career, Stella has managed diverse property portfolios with a strong focus on financial reporting, capital improvement projects, construction coordination, lease administration, and strategic asset repositioning. Her approach centers on maximizing asset value through operational efficiency, market analysis, and proactive property management strategies.
As part of the Receivership team, she works closely with lenders, brokerage and leasing professionals, property management teams, vendors, and other stakeholders while supporting court-appointed receivership matters. Serving as officers of the court requires professionalism, accountability, and strong relationship management to ensure properties are effectively stabilized, maintained, and positioned for long-term success.
Outside of work, she enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness and walks with my dog, Saint. She also enjoys supporting my son as he pursues college basketball, spending quality time with family, traveling, and exploring new experiences. In her free time, she enjoys learning about options trading and other personal interests that continue to fuel both my curiosity and personal growth.
