Tim Shields
Vice President
Tim Shields joined Triglid in January 2026 as an asset manager.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Senior Vice President at M&J Wilkow for 10 years and led or assisted in the acquisition and financing of retail and office assets totaling approximately 6.5 million square feet, with a combined value exceeding $1.2 billion. Preceding M&J Wilkow, Tim spent the prior twenty years with private real estate firms acquiring and entitling land parcels to develop residential and hospitality assets, and with a publicly traded REIT developing, acquiring and asset managing office and industrial assets.
Tim is a graduate of Saint Xavier University (B.A. in Accounting).
