Trevor Ives
Legal Counsel
Trevor Ives is a member of the fiduciary and legal teams at Trigild and brings more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including the resolution of distressed assets. Trevor’s experience supports the Trigild team in managing assets in receivership.
Throughout his career, Trevor has handled every phase of acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition of retail, office, mixed-use, and multifamily properties. He also has extensive experience representing owners in commercial leasing transactions across all product types.
Prior to joining Trigild, Trevor worked for several regional and national law firms in the Dallas area and served as General Counsel for a retail development company.
Trevor received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and earned a B.A. from Baylor University.
