Tyler Harris
Legal Counsel
Tyler Harris is a member of the legal team at Trigild with primary experience in real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, construction, financing and leasing. His real estate practice has covered a variety of asset classes from retail and office to industrial and hospitality.
Tyler’s legal experience outside of real estate includes a variety of contract negotiations, litigation, bankruptcy, risk management and mergers and acquisitions. Tyler’s experience supports the Trigild team in managing assets in receivership. Tyler seeks to have a business-focused mindset when working with the team to achieve desired outcomes in an efficient manner.
Prior to joining Trigild, Tyler worked at the law firm Jones Day and as in-house counsel for Spirit Realty Capital and Suntex Marinas.
Tyler received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and earned a B.B.A. in Financial Consulting and B.A. in Political Sciences from Southern Methodist University.
