Tyler Holcom
Asset Manager
Tyler Holcom serves as an Asset Manager at Trigild, where he oversees distressed multifamily properties and single-family residential portfolios across the firm’s national platform.
Prior to joining Trigild, Tyler served as an Underwriting Analyst at Berkadia, where he underwrote multifamily transactions for Freddie Mac across a portfolio exceeding $1.95 billion. Earlier in his career, Tyler held finance and operations roles with the Boy Scouts of America, where he led fundraising initiatives and managed organizational budgets.
Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas.
