Wendy Monroe joined Trigild in February 2024 as Asset Manager for Receiverships and Commercial Real Estate Services and brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate management and leadership experience. Wendy’s leadership roles span asset management, distressed asset stabilization, receiverships, and REO assets across all sectors and property classes.
Wendy has extensive experience managing complex milestones and adapting to changing environments, with a focus on developing long-term strategies that maximize value and recovery.
Prior to joining Trigild, Wendy served as Managing Director of Asset Services for Cushman & Wakefield in Charlotte, North Carolina. In that role, Wendy focused on business development, P&L management, portfolio governance, service delivery excellence, and cultivating a strong organizational culture. She is recognized as an industry leader with a passion for motivating teams and strengthening client relationships.
Wendy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in finance, earned her CPM designation, and is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina.
