Wendy joined Trigild in February 2024 as Vice President of Asset Management for the Mid-Atlantic, bringing over 20 years diversified commercial real estate and advisory experience. As Vice President, Wendy is responsible for all aspects of asset administration for complex receivership assignments, including operational oversight, financial management, property stabilization, and repositioning of distressed assets, across nearly all asset classes.
Wendy’s approach combines strong financial discipline with operational expertise to achieve effective outcomes in challenging circumstances to include receiver sales and dispositions. Wendy leverages a comprehensive background in real estate operations, asset management and fiduciary leadership and is widely recognized for her integrity, responsiveness, and the ability to navigate complex situations while maintaining strict adherence to court directives.
Since joining Trigild, Wendy has been engaged on assignments in New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Washington DC, Massachusetts, South Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, Georgia, Kentucky, Colorado, Texas and California gaining a practical understanding of varied market conditions, regulatory environments and stakeholder interests.
Prior to Trigild, Wendy served as Managing Director of Asset Services for Cushman & Wakefield in Charlotte, NC. In this role, Wendy focused on business development, P&L management, directing portfolio governance efforts, and service line delivery of excellence. Wendy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and earned her CPM designation.
